Elizabeth Reaser is an American TV, film and theater actor who is best known for her role in films such as The Twilight Saga and series such as Greys Anatomy and True Detective. Jessica's passion for film and television started at an early, easily influenced age. When she was a model in her early years, Jessica started her career. Her discovery as an actor when an Australian casting director contacted models to participate in auditions. She was cast in the role of "Kiki" in the movie Lightning Point/Alien Surf Girls. Since then, she has had minor parts in films such as Peter Pan and Aquamarine. The actress played Cleopatra in the Netflix series Roman Empire's second season. In addition, she starred in the Pirates of the Caribbean classic film Dead Men Tell No Tales. Jessica won the global search to find Talon for Talon in The Outpost. A tape with her acting was given to the producers along with an additional tape that showed her doing MMA. The producers were interested in whether she could do sword-fighting one day later, and she uploaded a video of the sword fight she was doing. Jessica was able to read the script before filming her first weapon lesson. Jonathan Glassner said that the stunt crew were amazed at how well Jessica did during her initial lesson. The Outpost was her first big role in the US because her earlier films were filmed in Australia. Jessica is able to play the role of a strong woman due to her enthusiasm for combat, mixed martial arts abilities, her horse-riding, her weapons and firearms skills, in addition to her athletic abilities. Jessica has learned to box, learn muay Thai as well as trains at the gym for mixed martial arts in Australia. Jake Stormoen came across a dog roaming around the set for filming Season 4 while on set. It turned out that the pet was part of the litter of stray puppies who were living on set. Jessica took care of two puppies.
