Erica Cerra (born October 31 1979) is a Canadian actress who is best well-known for her character Deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy show Eureka. Cerra was of Italian origin was born on the 31st of October 1979 in Vancouver British Columbia. In her early years Cerra was a part of a number of commercials and became interested in acting. Following a time the actress took a break from acting. In 2001, at the age of 22, she returned. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine recognized her in 2005, as one of Vancouver's 5 hottest up-andcoming actresses. Cerra starred in Eureka the show, which was an Syfy show which aired from 2006 to 2012. She played Deputy Jo Lupo. She also starred in the music video of The Michael Buble song Save the Last Dance for Me. Cerra has appeared in television shows that are popular, including Battlestar Galactica, The L Word as well as many more. Film credits include Blade:Trinity featuring Wesley Snipes and Ben Affleck as well as Man About Town. Cerras body and head were used as a template for Ashley Williams' character in Mass Effect. The other guest appearances on the show include Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff as well as Dead Like Me. Khondabi said she was a middle-child and so got to steal clothes from the closets of my sisters. She was married to Joey Scribner Howard her high school sweetheart who is now a Mechanical Engineer working in the Power Utility industry. Khondabi said that she along with Joey were best friends during their time at Greenwood Christian School for years before dating in their final year of high school. Howard was a student at Irmo and graduated from Dutch Fork High School. Howard and Khondabi have been close friends for many years before they started dating. Khondabi graduated from Emerald High School in 2007 as well as the University of South Carolina in the year 2011 and earned a broadcast journalism degree. She is a manager of entertainment and sports with a minor. Joey has a USC degree. Liam is their dog. Khondabi shared with us that Joey and she are both foodies. One of her favorite dishes at home is onion rings that are served at Dixie Drive-In. Khondabi said: I'm an individual who is interested. When I was in elementary school, I used to give educational talks that were broadcast on the school's news program and I would anchor the daily school headlines. The news program we had was based at Oakland Elementary was called WOAK. Khondabi told us that, following her graduation from college at the time of Augusta Georgia, WAGT was her first TV news job. Khondabi says, "I was a news reporter for about six years." I worked as a morning anchor in Charleston in West Virginia with WOWK. Later, I relocated to Columbus Ohio where I became the morning and traffic anchor for the local ABC/FOX affiliates.
